Fitted a new lock to the front door
He arrived promptly and did the work of changing my front door lock. He even checked the lock alignments of the dead bolts on the UPVC door for me and fitted extra locks to the French doors at the back. I'm very pleased with my new locks and they do exact what I wanted, easy to use and making me feel secure in my home. I would and have recommended him to my friends and neighbours.

Replace main lock on front door
Graham was fantastic - he explained exactly what was required and why, he made every effort to find the lowest cost, but effective solution to the problem (badly fitted stiff old lock - with key snapped off inside!).The new lock has plenty of spares and works perfectly. We also have some very old window locks fitted which we cannot open - Graham is going to considerable effort to track down replacement keys (rather than immediately recommend expensive new locks) and keeps us advised of progress on this.

Repair lock and manufacture key for old style french window door
Graham arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and completed a quite tricky job (which had defeated other locksmiths) both highly professionally and quickly. I have already recommended him to other friends/colleagues and have no hesitation in recommending him most highly to anyone else.
